FitFlow is a health and wellness application that connects with compatible Bluetooth smart scales, allows users to maintain a personal wellness profile, records body measurements, supports manual meal logging and provides AI-generated nutrition and wellness insights.

4. Authentication and Google Sign-In
FitFlow supports email/password authentication and Google Sign-In. FitFlow does not receive or store the user’s Google password.
5. Firebase Services
FitFlow uses Firebase Authentication for account access and Firebase Realtime Database for storing user profile information, health and wellness records, meal history and other data required to provide app features.
6. Bluetooth and Smart Scale Connectivity
Bluetooth access is used only to discover, connect to and communicate with compatible smart scales. FitFlow does not use Bluetooth information for advertising or unrelated tracking.
7. Manual Food Logging
FitFlow does not use the camera for food recognition. Users search for and select food items manually. Logged foods, meals and nutrition values may be stored in meal history and used to create summaries and recommendations.
8. AI-Powered Features and OpenAI
FitFlow uses OpenAI-powered functionality to generate nutrition recommendations, meal analysis and general wellness insights. Relevant user-provided information, such as profile details, body measurements and meal logs, may be processed to generate these results.
9. Permissions and Information Not Collected
FitFlow requires internet access for authentication, cloud synchronization and AI features, and Bluetooth access for smart-scale connectivity.
FitFlow does not request or use camera, precise location, contacts, SMS or call-log permissions for its current functionality.
10. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information or health information. We do not share health data for third-party advertising. Information may be processed by Firebase, Google Sign-In and OpenAI only as necessary to operate FitFlow.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access, encrypted network communication where supported, access controls and managed cloud infrastructure.
12. Data Retention
We retain account, profile, measurement and meal-history information while the FitFlow account remains active or for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service.
13. Data Export
FitFlow allows users to export available health and wellness information supported by the app.
14. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request permanent deletion of their FitFlow account and associated personal data.
